1. Seller information

The seller is Matthew Borg Carr, operating from Malta. Contact: hello@matthewborgcarr.com. Correspondence address: To be published before pre-orders open.

2. Product and availability

The shop describes the physical book, edition, price, estimated dispatch window and delivery options available at the time of order. Images may be production concepts; minor manufacturing details may change without altering the essential nature of the product.

3. Prices, tax and payment

The full product price, delivery charge and total payable are displayed before payment. The applicable tax treatment is confirmed before the shop is enabled. Payment is processed by a specialist payment provider; this website does not receive or store complete card details.

4. Contract formation

An order acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. Obvious pricing or availability errors may require cancellation and a full refund.

5. Pre-orders

Additional terms specific to products not yet ready for dispatch are set out in the pre-order terms, which form part of these terms.

6. Delivery, cancellation and returns

The shipping and returns policy explains dispatch estimates, customs, the right of withdrawal, faulty products and refunds.

7. Customer information

You are responsible for supplying an accurate email address and delivery address. Contact us promptly if information changes before dispatch.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss arising directly from the order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
