Payment

The full amount shown at checkout is charged when the pre-order is placed. Your order reserves the quantity shown in the confirmation.

Estimated dispatch

The current estimate is: REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Printing, freight or other production events can cause delay.

Updates and material delays

Material changes to the expected dispatch period will be communicated using the email address supplied at checkout. If a delay becomes substantial, you may cancel for a full refund before dispatch.

Cancelling before dispatch

You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing hello@matthewborgcarr.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After dispatch

Once dispatched, the standard shipping and returns policy applies, including applicable consumer withdrawal rights.

If publication does not proceed

If the book cannot be supplied, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
